The property consists of a three bedroom farmhouse, two bedroom gite and a one bedroom gite each with their own private entrance and outdoor relaxing/dining areas. All three properties are completely self contained and all part of a 400 year old farmhouse which is set in five acres of peaceful Normandy countryside and beautiful gardens.
The Main Farmhouse (Sleeps 6)
The farmhouse is let on a weekly basis and consists of three double bedrooms (2 en-suite). The large living accommodation is everything one could expect from a family home. The kitchen is part of the lounge dining area so everyone can join in at the sociable times with family and friends. There is a CD player and radio, Sky Digital Satellite TV and DVD player. There is also free high-speed wireless internet available for laptop connection.

Private Entrance leads straight into the large lounge/dining area, open plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Rear doors lead to the large sun sheltered dining terrace and gardens.
Breakfast room, bathroom and laundry room.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms (2 en-suite) one with a four poster bed. All the rooms are beautifully designed with stunning views of the gardens and surrounding countryside.
The Farmhouse lounge:
The 2-bed (Sleeps 4) and 1-bed (Sleeps 2) Gites
The Gites have only recently been created in a modern French style, with lots of personal touches to make your stay an enjoyable one. A CD player, Sky Digital Satellite TV and DVD player with a selection of movies and music is included. There is also free high-speed wireless internet available for laptop connection.
2-bed Gite details:
Private entrance and hallway, stairs leading to a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, leading out to a large private decked terrace.
A large family size shower room with toilet and sink.
Stairs leading to the minstrel gallery area with two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin room.

1-bed Gite details:
Large open plan lounge with kitchen; separate double bedroom with en-suite shower, sink and toilet.
Fully fitted kitchen/diner and a comfortable lounge where guests can relax and listen to music.
Finally guests can enjoy dining or simply relaxing in the peaceful gardens.
The 1-bed Gite:
From either your private terrace or garden area you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside or simply relax in the peaceful setting and watch the sun come up with a croissant and a coffee, and go down with a glass of wine in the evenings. By request you can enjoy dinner prepared for you on your veranda or in the garden dining area.
For children there is a wooden play house, play area and for all a large splash pool which is securely fenced and locked. All of these areas outside have comfortable garden furniture so everyone can enjoy there holiday at La Noette. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, but not too far from superb local restaurants and Normandy's attractions, 3km from the village of Moyon.
Places to visit
Close by is Tessy-sur-Vire where there is a local market every Wednesday, a bank, tourist information office and a variety of charming specialists shops. This area has a number of excellent restaurants - ideal to book or drop in after a walk.
The market of St. Lo is just a fifteen minute drive from La Noette, here you will find many shops, restaurants and street cafés. Its large bustling market is held every Saturday.
The ancient town of Bayeux is famous for its unique tapestry which is some 231 feet of fabric embroidered with images depicting the conquest of England in 1066. The beautiful Cathedral and interesting museums make this a must visit location.
Caen - a one hour drive from Moyon brings you to this popular and historic city of William of Mathilde also the famous Pegasus Bridge and new museum. See the city ramparts, the church of St.Etienne, the Abbay-aux-Dames and the Abbay-aux-Hommes.
There are of course many places to visit when you come to Normandy, perhaps a game of golf at the pretty seaside town of Granville or a walk along miles of beautiful sandy beaches.
Family Fun Trips
Within a half hour drive there is horseriding in Moyon, a well stocked Zoo (www.zoo-champrepus.com), cycling on the Velorail at Conde-sur-Vire and visiting the old slate mine at Caumont-L'Evente (www.souterroscope.com).
Within an hour drive there is a minature railway at Clecy (www.chemin-fer-miniature-clecy.com), Aligator Bay (www.alligator-bay.com) and Festyland (www.festyland.com).

The Farmhouse is £650 per week for the months June, July and August (for Saturday noon to Saturday noon) with off peak lets and prices available on request. Bed and Breakfast in the Farmhouse is £30 per night for a double room but is not available during June, July or August.
The 2-bed Gite is £325 per week for the months March, April, May and September (Saturday noon to Saturday noon) and £450 for the peak season of June, July and August.
The 1-bed Gite is £225 per week for the months March, April, May and September (Saturday noon to Saturday noon) and £295 for the peak season of June, July and August.
Bed linen and towels are included and a laundry facility is available.
An evening meal is available for £15 per person for four courses and wine.
Babysitting can also be provided on request.
